Systemic Counselling and Therapy

Do you often feel under pressure, do you have difficulties relaxing or feel constantly overwhelmed?
Are you in a seemingly hopeless situation, feel trapped or don't know what to do?
Would you like to define and achieve personal and professional goals?

These are possible topics that we can address in psychological counselling following a systemic approach.

In our sessions, we can talk, explore issues through various systemic techniques such as family maps, engage in biography work, be creative, and go for walks. We will tailor our approach to your specific concerns and what feels beneficial to you in the moment. Feel free to schedule a brief phone call with me if you have any questions. I'm here for you.
  • Interpersonal conflicts
  • Difficulties in taking decisions
  • Strain & Stress
  • Loneliness
  • Personal crisis
  • Negative emotions
  • Wish for personal growth and development
  1. Initial meeting to get to know each other and identify the concern(s)
  2. Depending on the complexity of the issue, it may take 1-2 more conversations to identify and frame the central topic.
  3. Counselling sessions as needed on a weekly basis - we develop a goal together and use different techniques to find solutions.
  4. Conclusion of the counselling process

In systemic psychological counselling I work with you in a solution- and resource-oriented way. Much of the focus will be on looking at your concerns from different perspectives in order to create space and possibilities for creative solutions. Learn more about my approach here.
